What is the minimum wholesale order?

The minimum order amount for B2B wholesale purchasing is $499.

What documents are required?

Document requirements depend on your business category. New Jersey buyers, nonprofit organizations, and out-of-state businesses have different requirements. Please select your business type above to view the complete list.

Can nonprofit organizations apply?

Yes. Eligible nonprofit organizations can apply under our separate nonprofit registration category. Tax identification and supporting registration documentation are required.

Can businesses outside New Jersey apply?

Yes. Businesses located outside New Jersey can apply for B2B purchasing. Select the "All Other States" category to review the applicable documents, including the ST-3 NR form.

Is a completed ST-3 form required?

New Jersey business applicants must provide a completed and signed ST-3 form as part of their required documentation. Out-of-state businesses have separate document requirements.
