Because we ship perishable food items, we cannot accept returns. All sales are final.

 

Shipping During Hot Weather

 

To help prevent melting, we include a free ice pack with all chocolate or heat-sensitive items. However, we are not responsible for melted products, and we cannot accept returns for items damaged by heat. By purchasing these items, you assume full responsibility.

 

Domestic Shipping Instructions

 

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. If you'd like to leave specific delivery instructions (e.g., "leave on the front porch"), you can contact the shipping carrier directly or leave a note on your door.
