We're happy to ship our products internationally. Here’s a simple guide to placing your order:
1. Important Disclaimers
-
Final Sale: All international sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for these orders.
-
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: You, the buyer, are fully responsible for any and all customs duties, import taxes, or other fees that your country may charge. These costs are not included in your order total.
-
Product Regulations: It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the products they are ordering comply with their country's import laws and regulations.
-
Currency: All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Any currency exchange fees charged by your bank or PayPal are the buyer's responsibility.
2. The Ordering Process
To place an international order, you'll need to use a U.S.-based shipping company.
-
Choose a U.S. Shipping Company: Select a freight forwarder or a shipping company in the United States.
-
Use Their Address: Use their address as the shipping address when you place your order on our website.
3. Payment
-
For orders under $1,000: We require payment via PayPal. Please ensure the correct U.S. shipping address is added to your PayPal account.
-
For orders over $1,000: Payment must be made by wire transfer. Your order will be shipped after the funds have been successfully received.
4. Shipping and Liability
Our responsibility is to ship your order to the U.S. address you provide.
-
Liability: Once the package is successfully delivered to the U.S. shipping company, our liability for the order ends. From that point, you are fully responsible for working with the shipping company to get the package to its final destination.
-
Tracking: If the order is shipped with FedEx, UPS, or USPS, you will receive a tracking number. If shipped via our private truck, you will receive a signed proof of delivery.
