Domestic shipping customer, we would like you to leave a message to notify the shipping company for example leave my package on the front porch or leave my package on the back of the house. there is no way for us to do that but what you can do once your order shipped you will be notified by an email with your orders tracking # you can contact the shipping carrier and inform them with your note that you wish to or you can leave a note on your door house for the shipping company and they will be able to decide what to do. Hot Weather Alert during the hot weather if you order chocolate or any items that melt we will add a FREE ICE PACK but we will not be responsible if the chocolate melts and the customer will be fully responsible for it and we will not accept any returns
Since we ship food product that makes it very difficult to accept any return and our sale is final but in some cases yes specially if you have a valid reason such as damage product then you will have 14 days from the date you place your order to return it but if we ship a wrong item we will be fully responsible.
